Simply insert fastener into head socket, raise pole to ceiling, straddle T-Bar with fastener tabs and twist pole about 45* to the right (clockwise). Tabs will overlap T-Bar flange and lock securely in place. Slide-On Kits simply wedge between edge of T-Bar and ceiling panel to lock in place.
