Shipping Information
Procedure:
Standard shipping for most orders is FedEx Ground unless otherwise requested. Shipping and handling rates are based on order weight and FedEx zones. WE are not responsible for FedEx or other carrier errors. You must report all damage claims to the delivering carrier. *IF CRATING OR SPECIAL PACKAGING IS REQUIRED FOR PROPER SHIPPING CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED ACCORDINGLY.
* FedEx will not accept cash for COD order. Payments can be paid with a company check, certified check, or money order.

Shipping Time
We strive to ship stock orders within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) following the business day your order was received. Cut-off times are 2:00pm Pacific Standard time for FedEx.
Residential / Commercial Locations:
FedEx charges additional freight for residential deliveries than commercial deliveries. FedEx defines a residential delivery as one made to a home, which includes a business operated out of a home. If your company qualifies for commercial delivery then you must inform us prior to shipping your order. Please note: A $10.00 charge back penalty will be applied per package to customers who claim they qualify for commercial rates when they really do not. This also applies to any additional charges the carrier my apply.
Damaged Merchandise
If by FedEx – Should damage occur in transit, notify us immediately so we can issue a claim with FedEx. Do not return merchandise unless instructed by us. Save all packaging materials because FedEx may return for an inspection.
If by truck – Do not refuse or return damaged goods to us. Note damage on both the driver’s copy and your copy. Have the driver sign both copies. You can now file a claim with the carrier. If concealed damages are found, keep the carton and call the carrier to request an inspection along with an inspection report. We inspect all cartons before shipping, and the carrier is responsible for their safe arrival.
